How it happens?
In the My Pavilion dynamic, employees are invited to create a Pavilion for their company, area or even project. A flag that brings in its essence mission, vision and value. All materials are made available so that, divided into groups, a Pavilion or several Pavilions can be built. The activity works on message unification, creativity and the definition of values.
“There is no samba school without a pavilion!”
The greatest symbol of a samba school is the flag, also known as the pavilion. It holds so much importance that its handling is one of the judged criteria in the parade, with protocols and rules.
But it is also where all the love and respect of a community are concentrated. This is because the flag carries the school’s emblem, its colors, symbols that will take over the courtyards and parades. A pavilion brings along an entire community, stories of struggles, achievements, and triumphs.
